Refund Policy
We do not accept returns on items that have been used or opened. All sales are final on seasonal and sale items. You must contact our office for return requests. Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery date for shipped items.
Returns
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery date for shipped items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To make a return, please send an email to info@alignskin.com with your order number. A staff member will assist you further with your return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, text or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 30 days for the credit to be applied to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@alignskin.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and seasonal items cannot be refunded. All sales are final on seasonal and sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@alignskin.com

If your return or exchange request is accepted, please send the item(s) in its original packaging with the invoice, receipt, or a reference of the order number to the address provided in your “Return Request Accepted” email.
